Coming In Bunches

In Game 5 of the 1989 Patrick Division Finals against the Philadelphia Flyers, Lemieux put on an exhibition. Listed before the game as doubtful because of a neck injury, he had eight points (including five goals) and led the Penguins to a 10-7 victory. In the process, he tied four playoff records: most goals in one period (four), most goals in a game (five), most points in one period (four), and most points in one game (eight). Here are some of Lemieux's outstanding performances.

Favorite Victims
Some teams suffered more than others at the hands of Lemieux. Fittingly, Lemieux the predator found the San Jose Sharks his preferred prey.
